Shipping & Processing

Disclaimer: We are NOT a large company, and our shop is just two sisters, and a couple friends. Family emergencies, and other unforeseen things can occur that we would not know of when you purchased. Processing times could increase because of this by 4 to 6 weeks depending on the severity of the situation. This is by no means a common occurrence, but we are human and things can happen to any of us. Processing times can also be extended due to supply chain issues such as back ordered materials needed to complete an order.

We are currently experiencing delays due to unforeseen circumstances in our family, that resulted in letting go of someone who works here. We have since replaced them and are working to get the processing times down. Thank you so much for your understanding and support. <3

Our current processing times for our hand made is approximately 4-15 weeks. Please keep this in mind when ordering!

Items that ship on the earlier end of the processing times are:

-Novelty Items
-Puppy ears,and ears without front fluffs

Items that ship on the later end of the processing times are: 

- All Ears (Excluding puppy,and no front fluff ears)
- Collars
- Sets

If you are unsure of where you order would be in the estimates above,contact us before ordering and we can let you know how long it will take. 

Processing times do NOT include delivery time. Please allow for postal delivery times.

Delivery estimate/cost

All packages are now sent with a tracking number and 100% insurance on the cost of the package. 

North America - $13.50 (Approximately 3-7 business days)

International - $22.50 (Approximately 7 to 11 business days but varies depending on your location)

Customs Fees

You will not incur any customs or border fees in Canada or USA as we ship the packages from Canada. 

For other destinations. you may be charged customs fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel are the customer’s responsibility.
