Basics
The very first step to having a successful order is to please read the FAQ. I know, it seems really long and nothing should go wrong, right? However, the FAQ has very important information such as shipping vs. processing times, store holidays, store policies etc.
Now that you've read the FAQ, we can start shopping!
There are 11 categories on the site which are listed above, let's start with the Build Your Own section. (It is highly suggested you read this as it will go over the basics of buying such as using all of our drop down menus, adding notes and tips and tricks. ;) However, you can just click the above links to move to the section you'd like to read )
Build Your Own: The perfect place to go if you want a fully customized collar, leash, gag, pair of cuffs, etc. Almost all of the items have a custom drop down menu designed by our web developer so you can have multiple options to customize your item with. Let's use the pleated collar as an example.
Now, at some point you may want to add notes to your order. This can be a little tricky as the notes section is hard to see but never fear! Kitten is here to help guide you through everything <3
Ears: In this section you can find tons of options such as cat ears, kitty ears, puppy ears, wolf ears, fox ears, bunny ears, and so much more! The cute, cool and stunning possibilities are endless!
The buying process for the ears can get a little confusing so let's use a kitty ear picture as an example. In this picture you can see the different parts that you can customize.
Compared to the wolf ears, you will see you can customize even different parts such as inside ear colour.
Now, for the ear attachment on most ears you have the option of your ears being on a headband, quality clips or even both. <3
You can also request bows by simply putting that into the notes section.
Tails: Just like the Ears section, the tails section is full of many different types of tails you can get. From cat tails to deer tails, there are many choices, options and styles you can acheive through customizing.
When ordering a tail you have the option to have it fully wired, half wired or not wired at all. You also have a choice on how your tail will be attached and even ribbon tie choices if you choose those.
No Wiring- You will get not wire at all in your tail. This is great if you want a free flowing squishy tail!
Half Wired- We will put wiring in the bottom half of the tail. This will allow you to curve it up but also have the benefit of the tail not appearing stiff. You have best of both worlds if you are on the fence!
Fully Wired- Great for posing! Would recommenced for cosplaying,or photo shoots. If you want a tail that can be bent any way you'd like,but are fine with sacrificing some movement,fully wired is the best option!
Attachment options include pin-on, belt loop, elastic belt, ribbon ties and ribbon ties + pin on.
Pin on: this is the default option for all tails. (except the tails with permanently attached plugs) A pin is sewn onto the tail so you can pin the tail onto clothes.
Belt loop: the tail will have loops sewn onto it so you can loop the tail through belt loops on your jeans or shorts.
Elastic belt: a belt made with elastic will be sewn onto the tail so you can just slip the tail on over or under your clothing and not have to attach it to anything.
Ribbon ties: these are mostly for attaching a plug to your tail but some people use them to tie around their waist
Ribbon ties + pin: Ribbon ties and a pin will be sewn on the tail so you can have an option of how you want to wear your tail.
Collars: With collars, you can get a pleated collar, buckled collar, pleather and metal collars, and non pleated collars.
When ordering a collar, it is very important to make sure you measure your neck correctly.
Take a measuring tape, or even a piece of string and wrap it comfortably around your neck. Then your have your neck circumference which you need for your collar size.
For example, when I measured my neck I got 14 inches. So, when ordering a collar I will order a 14in collar size.
However, if I were to select fur lining, I will need to increase my collar size by 1 to 2 inches because the fur lining adds a thickness.
Note: Pleated collars are attached with ribbon ties but you can also add a lock as well or even a martingale for those who like a "different" experience. ;)
Add-Ons: In the add-ons section you can add tips to tails, ears, buy locks for collars and even add cute roses or edgy studs. The add-ons section is perfect for making your item truly unqiue and you!
When ordering an add on, such as roses, just select the colour you want and then scroll over to the notes section. Here you will need to tell us what you what those pretty roses added on. :)
Note: Did you know that you can upload a picture on the custom tags??? Pretty cool, huh? :) Just select "I'd like to send a picture" head over to the notes section and then simply upload the image and then make sure to save before adding to the cart!
Accessories: This section has everything from chokers to headbands, day collars and necklaces. It is just an overall fun section to accessorize yourself and your style.
Novelty: You can only order from this section if you are 18+ as the items are.. well... novelty
Sets: This section has bondage sets, cat sets, and collar/ leash/ cuff sets. In this section it is important to remember that all items are still made to order!
Note: If you are ordering from the Maid Set, please put all of the correct size information in. For example, if you are ordering the entire set please fill out your collar size. If you are only ordering the cuffs then select N/A for collar size. If you are only ordering the collar, then please select your collar size. <3
Ready to Ship: All of these items are ready to ship and if your order is entirely ready to ship items, then just contact customer service and they will get your order shipped out asap! You won't have to wait the normal processing time as long as you inform customer service.
Gift Cards: You can send gift cards anonymously and you can choose various amounts that you would like to send. Gift cards are a great way to let that special someone pick out what they really want.

We will also sell items here,where a portion of the proceeds will go to our charity, Kittens for a Cause. Let's make a difference! :)
Shipping: When you check out, you will have a few options for shipping. For tracked, you have the option to select this option upon checking out. You must select tracking to receive a tracking number. Standard mail does not have an tracking number,or package insurance.
Note: Shipping time is different than processing time. For example, if I order a collar but select express shipping I will still have to wait the 10 week processing time. After those 10 weeks my collar should reach me in 4 days once it has been shipped out. <3
