NOTICE: Shop will be closed August 3rd-7th for a staff holiday. Orders will not be processed during this time. Emails will still be responded to :)

Terms and Conditions

• Shipping times vary depending on country and type of shipping selected.
• We will be unable to locate your package if you select Standard Shipping. We wil try as best we can but will not be able to track a package without a tracking number.
• If you select Tracking,we will be able to assist you in the event of a lost package.

• Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded up to 14 days after purchase.

• Order changes can be made while your status is still "Payment Accepted" After this point,we will not be able to accomidate changes.

• All items are hand crafted and may vary- no item is identical!

• For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on plugs and ball gags.

Past Holidays

• STORE HOLIDAY! Our business has grown so much (THANK YOU EVERYONE!!) We need to take some time to restructure, hire and train new employees to keep up with the demand! Our store will be closed from March 13th- March 31st and re-opening April 1st. Your emails will continue to be answered during this time, excluding weekends! Thank you in advance for your understanding! We truly appreciate all of our customers and this is necessary to make us better and more efficient

Effective January 5th, 2015 the processing time for orders is APPROXIMATELY 4-6 weeks (see above for exclusions)

Effective March 13th, 2015 processing time for orders is APPROXIMATELY 6-8 weeks (see above for exclusions)

Effective March 31st, 2015 processing time for orders is APPROXIMATELY 8-10 weeks (see above for exclusions)
