As I want to give a very throuhougly review first I will talk about the product, then about the service to keep everything understandable. Please keep in mind that english is not my first language :)
I ordered 2 pairs of ears (one of which was this one) and one tail. The quality of all items is outstanding! The wolf pup ears aren't as crazy soft to the touch than my other ones, but they still feel very nice (and soft). I think I would describe them as 'wild' to the touch, I don't know, they just really feel like little wolf ears! The piercings I chose were placed just as I wanted. I really like how you are able to bend the ears into any position you like and move them on the headband. That really gives the opportunity to show emotion via your ears. Quality-wise, I can't find any glue spots (or spots where you see how it was put together at all), the fur is trimmed very evenly and the headband feels very high quality but also looks subtle.
I ordered these earsback in march and they arrived yesterday. I know, it sounds long, but as processing time is that long right now, it isn't bad or very surprising. When I ordered the processing times were much shorter and I hoped for it to arrive before my birthday, but some difficulties with the spray painting of my other products made that impossible. I always was kept up to date (how far into production my order was) and every delay and difficulty was explained. I had mail contact with Alina, and she helped me from right at the beginning where I had problems with placing my order until now, when I am putting together my next order. All of that contact was so nice, helpful and patient, that the time between the answers wasn't a problem for me. She was really apologetic about not being able to send my order out so it would reach me in time for my birthday and included a present!
I hope I was able to help you with this review, there is just one thing left to say:
Kitten's Playpen is one of the best places you could get your kitten (or whatever else) gear! From quality of fur and production to the nice and very personal service, here you can't do anything wrong!
P.S.: I can't stop stroking my tail I love it so much :3

Cute

They took a while to arive but to be expected as I bought them at christmas. Super cute, simple and easily posible ears. The fur is pretty soft and very comfortable to wear. Again very happy and exited for my next order from you :3

love them !

honestly, these ears came fairly fast and i absolutely love them! perfect and small, love the color and the tufts on them really give them the kitten look, Plus they're soft . def going to order a lot more from here
