We are NOT a large company, and our shop is just two sisters, and a couple friends. Family emergencies, and other unforeseen things can occur that we would not know of when you purchased. Processing times could increase because of these circumstances. This is by no means a common occurrence, but we are human and things can happen to any of us.

Our current processing time for most of our hand made items is 6-14 weeks. Please keep this in mind. This excludes ears, please read below. 

Collars are on the earlier end of the processing time.

All orders containing ears are currently delayed past the processing time. We lost our help for ears,and now only have one person making them.  Please keep this in mind when placing orders for ears. Covid has also had a significant impact on how long it takes for us to receive materials needed to work on ear orders. At this time we do not have an estimated time for how long orders containing ears will take, as it depends on the materials used,and if we have them on hand. 

We are looking to find more help, and are working to get the processing times down on ears. Thank you so much for your understanding and support. 

Orders can be delayed if products/materials required to complete the order are not in stock or back ordered through a supplier. We will contact you if this occurs before the estimated processing window to ensure your order goes out quickly.


Processing times do NOT include delivery time. Please allow for postal delivery times.

Delivery estimate/cost

All packages are sent with a tracking number and 100% insurance on the cost of the package.

North America - $13.50 (Approximately 3-7 business days)

International - $22.50 (Approximately 7 to 11 business days but varies depending on your location)

Customs Fees

You will not incur any customs or border fees in Canada or USA as we ship the packages from Canada. 

For other destinations. you may be charged customs fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel are the customer’s responsibility.
